What we collect

• Contact inquiries: the name, email address, company, service of interest, and message you send through the contact form, the /api/contact endpoint, or the MCP submit_contact tool.
• Newsletter signups: the email address you enter.
• Technical data: your IP address is held in memory for about a minute to enforce rate limits and is not stored. Our host keeps standard server logs. Vercel Speed Insights records anonymous page-performance metrics without cookies.
• Member accounts: if you have a login, we store your email, a hashed password, and a session cookie needed to keep you signed in.

The free SEO self-check runs in your browser. Its answers are not sent to us or saved.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details only to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. We use newsletter emails only to send the newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our content system (Sanity) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms and may store it outside the Philippines.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then delete them. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use. Email [email protected] from the address you used, and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie for signed-in members and admins.
